Established Five Forks neighborhood with easy access to the Woodruff Road shopping corridor, built out mostly between the early 1990s and mid-2000s. Homes are largely two-story brick, commonly 2,800 to 4,000 square feet, on generous lots running about a quarter acre to three-quarters of an acre. The community has two sections, each with a clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts.
