Streets are lit, mostly without sidewalks on the older section, and the tree canopy is mature. Golf carts are a common sight on the way to the pool.
Getting around from Stonehaven
The neighborhood sits at the Five Forks end of Simpsonville, a few minutes from the Woodruff Road corridor's grocery stores, restaurants, and big box retail, and about ten minutes from the Five Forks intersection's own shops. I-385 is reached in roughly ten minutes by Woodruff Road or Harrison Bridge Road, which puts downtown Greenville at about twenty five minutes and GSP airport at about twenty.
Homes sold here in the last three years were assigned to Monarch Elementary, Mauldin Middle, and Mauldin High, though assignments are set by address and we confirm zoning on any specific home.
