The absolute best! She kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Susan followed through on every question or request. She listened to what was important to us. We never felt pressured even when the house we were touring was close but did not quite check all the boxes we wanted. We are relocating from out of state and could not be there for everything but Susan never hesitated acting on our behalf. Prior to closing she performed a final walk through for us and sent us the video. She provided information on the neighborhood and location of the nearest stores. If we ever go through this process again, Susan will be our Realtor!
brenda and John are the best people for the realestate business or any other business for that matter!!! Brenda drove us all over sc looking for our home and was just a wonderful host. Always patient and kind hearted. John was full of great ideas on making the deal. he gave us advice as though we were great friends for years. Their staff was excellent. They sent us to guest and brady and they were also excellent too!!! they all treated mary and I like family.. Then ther was Lidia for our insurance. She was amazing and fast at getting us covered and took care of every detail.,. ALL and I mean all of these people are to be highly commended for their professionalism candor, helpfulness and most of all caring!! We will always be indetted to ALL of them, Last but not least MICHELLE at guest and bradey. She is an absolute angel!!! She couldnt have handled us any better. John Yukich is extremely professional and helpful. We moved state to state flawlessly with his guidance. He has treated us very well and has helped guide us through our decisions. We highly recommend him. He is prompt with responses and comes up with good solutions.
Our situation changed rapidly after meeting Parker face-to-face for the first time. He continued to pursue a relationship on us searching for a home after a year and a half of us pushing off his services. His tenacity in that area showed prominently in the home buying process. When we met with Parker, our timeline for buying was a few months out. He provided guidance on weighing our options with changing life circumstances and helped us see the opportunity in front of us. The best part about working with him was that he didn't display any need for us to buy a house with him which gave me a lot of trust in his ability to get us what we were looking for and negotiate in our best interest. He intently walked us through every document and advocated hard for us with our seller. I am very much planning to use him for any and all future buying needs when the time comes.
Susan was the best realtor! I was a first time homebuyer and she made sure I was aware of every step of the process and worked to get me the best home. She was readily available whenever I needed her. She also worked really closely with us during the closing process to insure inspection concerns were addressed and was able to provide local quotes to ensure we were compensated correctly from inspection report. I’d definitely recommend Susan to anyone new or experienced with the home buying process!
John went above and beyond during the sale of our rental property. He was an absolute advocate for my wife and I during the process, but was also forthcoming and transparent which was effective in managing our expectations every step of the way. We had no surprises or unexpected gotcha's at any point. Any time we encountered a potential hiccup, John always maintained a solution oriented approach.

The only downside of finding a home is that you don’t get to spend more time with Kaitlyn. Not only is she incredibly professional, and knowledgeable, she takes the time to understand what you want and make it a very personalized and comfortable process. She was very insightful about the areas and any questions we threw at her guiding us through each step with patience. Weekends, nights and early morning, Kaitlyn consistently made you feel important and was incredibly responsive. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for everything!
My Wife and I moved from CA to Greenville, SC, and began looking for a home in this area. we talked to a bunch of realtors, We met Brenda Yukich to help us find a home. Brenda was and still is very helpful in helping us with problems that have arisen post-sale. She always had plenty of listings for us based on our budget to spend. She showed us houses even after hours. The staff, especially Mr. Parker, helped us with the paperwork needed to finance the house. Brenda helped us with names for pest control, building inspections, and other names for jobs that needed to be done (even as of today). We would love to recommend her to others trying to find a home.

She is "old school" agent, keeping everything very simple, easy and always straight to the point. Just as I wanted. In 2 weeks she organized a lot of properties for me, did a lot of showings and what I especially liked is, how she was always able to find "more that I could see online". That was the way how she found a perfect investment property for me. Always giving a good Info, advising and fighting for me and my interest as her client. Where do I select 10 stars? Parker was instrumental to our stressless home buying experience in Woodruff SC. With Parker's expert knowledge and skills, Parker performed several inspections and critical meetings on our behalf, as we were over 1400 miles away in Colorado. One would think buying a home over the internet would be a harrowing experience. Not with Parker on the ground. He even helped with price negotiations securing incentives not offered or even know to myself. Parker was instrumental in making this home buying experience simple and stress free. Parker was always available and always went the mile. We are so happy we had Parker on our team - he's a real Pro!
Purchasing a home over the internet that was over 1400 miles away could have been a real stressful event had it not been for Parker Fowler. Parker made the purchase simple and he always went far beyond our expectations, traveling back and forth, being our eyes and ears, performing inspections, solving problems, and interacting with builder, title folks and lawyers. Parker really was our Superman and we are so grateful to have had him on our team. Parker seemed to be available any time by phone, email, or messaging. He provided excellent and informative advice.

I happened upon Parker through Zillow, and when he showed up to the first viewing he had done his homework on the property and when that house seemed like a poor fit he was very helpful in getting us to another seemingly promising house. When that one turned into a bust too he did research and sent me quite a few listings to check out and we found the one! Throughout the closing process he was very helpful and walked me through it all and on closing day he got me a very thoughtful gift to go along with my national park trips! I had the opportunity to work with Kaitlyn Hall to purchase my recent house. I can honestly say that I do not think we would have made it through the process without her. Our experience with trying to 'assume the loan' on the house we purchased turned into a nightmare. The lender would go weeks without responding and delayed our closing almost 45 days. This caused us incredible stress and financial difficulty. We were also left with no options on where to go during this 45-day delay. The Yukich Group provided outstanding service in finding our family the perfect home and doing that from New England was no easy task! Our agent Brenda was determined to find us the perfect place to relocate and spent hours with us every time we visited. What can I say about Brenda & John but WOW!They sold our home two days after they listed it and found us a home to move into with in a week.
