The Yukich Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a real estate team withRE/MAX Executive in Greenville, South Carolina. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this site (www.mygreenvillescrealestate.com) and to how we follow up with you after you reach out through it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. The forms on this site ask for things like:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Details about the property you're interested in or the home you want to sell — such as an address, price range, timeline, and anything you type into a message box

We collect this information for one reason: you asked us to get in touch, and we need it to respond and to help with your home search or sale. If you call, text, or email us directly, we keep that correspondence too.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site may collect basic technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit — through cookies, analytics tools, and our hosting provider's standard server logs. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Help you buy, sell, or learn about real estate in the Upstate
• Send you listings, market updates, or other information you've asked for
• Keep our records of our work together accurate

How we follow up — and your consent

When you submit a form on this site with your phone number or email address, you're asking us to get in touch — and you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your inquiry and related real estate services. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts. Agreeing to hear from us is never a condition of buying or selling a home.

You can change your mind at any time:

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop emails
• Or just tell us — by phone, email, or reply — and we'll stop contacting you

We never sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only people and companies who see it are the ones who help us serve you, described below.

Cookies and analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and what kinds of devices people use. Analytics tools like GA4 use cookies and collect information such as your general location and browsing activity on this site; they do not tell us your name.

We also set our own cookies, which stay on this site and are not shared with anyone. One remembers how you first reached us — for example whether you arrived from a search result, an online ad, or a link on another website — so we know which of our own efforts are working. It records the referring site and any campaign labels in the link you followed. It does not record your name, and we do not use it to follow you around other websites.

We also use Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, which use cookies to measure whether our advertising works and may show you our ads on other sites after you visit this one, and a visitor-activity tag from Follow Up Boss, the customer system our team works in, which helps our agents see what homes a client has looked at once that client has given us their contact information.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics, and you can manage the ads Google shows you at myadcenter.google.com.

Home search, saved searches, and favorites

The home search on this site shows live listing data from the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service). We built and run the search ourselves — your searches are handled by this site's own systems, not by a third-party search provider.

If you save a search, we store your email address and your search filters in the site's own database so we can email you when new listings match. Those alert emails are delivered by an email service (see Service providers), and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Homes you favorite are stored in your own browser. Signing in is optional and works through a link we email you — no password to create. When you're signed in, your favorites and saved searches are also kept in the site's database so they follow you between devices. The pages, searches, and listings you view are part of the site activity our own cookies record (seeCookies and analytics); we use it to serve you better and to route your inquiry to the agent already working with you.

Service providers we work with

We use a small number of companies to run this site and stay organized, such as:

• A customer relationship management (CRM) platform that stores lead and client contact information
• Website hosting and related infrastructure, including the database behind saved searches and favorites
• Services that deliver our emails and text messages

These providers may only use your information to provide services to us — not for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep your information

We keep lead and client information for as long as we have a genuine business reason to — typically while we're working together or while you want to keep hearing from us. Records connected to a real estate transaction may be kept longer where required by law or by brokerage record-keeping requirements. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we're required to keep it.

Your rights and choices

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct information that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• Opt out of marketing calls, texts, or emails

Note that some records — like documents from a completed transaction — may need to be retained even after a deletion request.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. That said, no website or storage method is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Links to other websites

This site may link to websites we don't operate — for example, lender resources or community pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy doesn't apply to them.
