This website is operated by The Yukich Group, a real estate team withRE/MAX Executive. Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated. By visiting or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This site is informational

Everything on this site — community guides, market statistics, blog posts, calculators, and tools — is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, lending, investment, or appraisal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Before making decisions about buying or selling real estate, talk with us directly or consult the appropriate licensed professional.

No agency relationship

Browsing this site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not make you our client and does not create an agency or brokerage relationship between you and The Yukich Group or RE/MAX Executive. In South Carolina, agency relationships are established through a written agreement. Until we have one in place, any information we share with you is general in nature and we are not acting as your agent.

Listing and market data

Market statistics, pricing information, and property details on this site come from sources we believe to be accurate, but all information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Market conditions change, and details such as square footage, lot size, school assignments, taxes, and HOA fees should always be independently verified before you rely on them.

When listing search is available on this site, listing information is supplied in part by third-party multiple listing service (MLS) sources. That data is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, may not be used for any purpose other than identifying properties you may be interested in, and may not reflect a property's current status — a home shown as available may already be under contract, sold, or withdrawn.

Lead forms and communications

Forms on this site collect information so we can respond to your real estate inquiry. Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond by email or phone. Text messages follow the consent disclosure on the form you use. You can submit our forms without selecting the optional texting checkbox, even where a phone number is required. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

The Yukich Group SMS program

The Yukich Group at RE/MAX Executive sends customer care texts about real estate inquiries, showings and appointments, and marketing texts such as listings and automated real estate follow-up. To sign up, select the optional texting checkbox and submit the form with your mobile number. Providing a phone number alone does not sign you up for texts. Staff account alerts require a separate opt in and are not included in a contact form subscription.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. For support, contact [email protected] or call (864) 501-2511. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile information with third parties for their marketing. Acceptable use

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or harvest content, listing data, or contact information in bulk;
• Use listing data with any artificial intelligence tool — including large language models and other generative or machine-learning systems — to train, fine-tune, embed, or otherwise incorporate that data into a model, index, or knowledge base, or to retain it beyond the single consumer query it was served for;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates others' rights;
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; or
• Submit forms with false information or impersonate someone else.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, guides, and layout — belongs to The Yukich Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not republish or redistribute content without our written permission. The RE/MAX name and related marks are trademarks of their owner and are used under license; other trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to or embed third-party websites and services — for example, maps, videos, mortgage resources, or analytics tools. We provide those links for convenience, we do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
