The Village at BridgeWay
The walkable district growing up in and around BridgeWay Station, the Italian-inspired mixed-use village along I-385 just south of East Butler Road. Its first phase brought restaurants, shops, offices, and a year-round events calendar, and a 360-foot pedestrian bridge over I-385 links the village to the Mauldin City Trail and the wider Swamp Rabbit Trail network. Housing in and around the district is mostly newer attached construction, with townhome communities and apartments filling in nearby.
