The homes in Planters Row
Planters Row is an established community off Ashmore Bridge Road on Mauldin's south side, built from the mid 1990s through the 2000s across several sections with their own names, including The Orchard, The Vineyard, and Autumn Ridge. Sales in the three years through September 2026 were built between 1994 and 2007 and ran roughly 1,500 to 2,500 square feet, split about sixty forty between two story and single level plans, on lots of a fifth to four tenths of an acre. Vinyl siding with brick fronts is the typical exterior.
It is a mid size home neighborhood, and one of the more attainable ways into a pool and tennis community in Mauldin. Because it was built over more than a decade, the sections differ in age and style; the older streets have the larger trees.
Amenities and the HOA in Planters Row
The amenities center on a five lane community pool with a summer swim team, plus two tennis courts, a clubhouse, a playground, and a soccer field, with street lights throughout and sidewalks on some sections. The homeowners association is mandatory, with annual dues of about $400 to $440 over the same period.
For those dues, the swim team and the courts are a strong package, and the pool gives the neighborhood its summer calendar.
Getting around from Planters Row
The center of Mauldin is a few minutes away, with the Butler Road corridor's grocery stores and services and BridgeWay Station's restaurants close by. I-385 is about five minutes, putting downtown Greenville at roughly fifteen and the Woodruff Road corridor at about ten. Simpsonville's Fairview Road is a short drive south.
Homes sold here in the last three years were assigned to Greenbrier Elementary and Hillcrest Middle, with the high school split between Mauldin and Hillcrest depending on the section. Assignments are set by address, and we confirm zoning on any specific home.

Between September 2023 and September 2026, 52 homes closed in Planters Row through the MLS. Setting aside the outliers at each end, they sold from about $279,000 to $400,000. Roughly 42 percent were single level homes and the rest two story. Many had four or more bedrooms.
