Spaulding Farm is an established community off Roper Mountain Road near Highway 14, on the Greenville side of the Five Forks area. Most homes went up between 1990 and 2005 on generous lots averaging 0.85 acres, with mature trees and a walking-trail network that connects through the neighborhood to Oakview Elementary.
