Batesville Road connects to Woodruff Road's shopping in a few minutes and to Roper Mountain Road and Pelham Road in about ten. I-85 is roughly ten minutes, downtown Greenville about twenty, and GSP airport about fifteen by Highway 14.
Homes sold here in the last three years were assigned to Monarch Elementary, Mauldin Middle, and Mauldin High. Assignments are set by address, and we confirm zoning on any specific home.
What has sold in River Walk lately
Between September 2023 and September 2026, 49 homes closed in River Walk through the MLS. Setting aside the outliers at each end, they sold from about $585,000 to $840,000. Nearly all were two story; single level homes came up only 2 times. Most had four or more bedrooms.
