The homes in Bells Grant
Bells Grant is a small neighborhood on Bell Road off Woodruff Road, on the Greenville side of the Five Forks area, built between 2004 and 2011. It has a distinct look for Five Forks: most of the homes are Charleston style, tall two story houses with stacked porches set close to the street, alongside a few Craftsman and traditional plans. Sales in the three years through September 2026 ran roughly 3,000 to 3,700 square feet on lots of a sixth to a third of an acre, with fiber cement, concrete siding, and brick exteriors.
Every home is two story and none has a basement. The porch forward design and the sidewalks give the streets a village feel that the surrounding subdivisions do not have.
Amenities and the HOA in Bells Grant
The community has sidewalks throughout, common areas, street lights, a playground, and recreational paths, with a small dog park noted on some listings. There is no pool or clubhouse, which is why the mandatory homeowners association dues ran a flat $450 a year in recent sales.
It is a neighborhood of a few streets with low through traffic, and the shared green space is used as much as the porches.
Getting around from Bells Grant
Woodruff Road is at the end of Bell Road, so the Five Forks shopping area is a couple of minutes one way and the Woodruff Road retail corridor a few minutes the other. I-85 is about ten minutes by Woodruff Road, downtown Greenville roughly twenty, and GSP airport about fifteen by Highway 14.
Homes sold here in the last three years were assigned to Mauldin Elementary, Middle, and High. Assignments are set by address, and we confirm zoning on any specific home.
What has sold in Bells Grant lately
Between September 2023 and September 2026, 15 homes closed in Bells Grant through the MLS. Setting aside the outliers at each end, they sold from about $628,000 to $787,000. Every one was two story. Most had four or more bedrooms. Those are the sales we pull comparables from, so ask us for the current picture before relying on any range; a renovated home and an original one on the same street can sit far apart.
