The homes in Pebble Creek
Pebble Creek is a large, established golf neighborhood about fifteen minutes northeast of downtown Greenville, built around the 36 holes of Pebble Creek Country Club, the Linkside and Creekside courses, both Tom Jackson designs from 1974. The homes are mostly custom builds from the 1970s through the 2000s on wooded lots, many along the fairways. Sales in the three years through September 2026 were built between 1980 and 2009 and ran roughly 1,650 to 3,400 square feet, three quarters two story, on lots of a sixth to half an acre, with vinyl, brick, and wood sided exteriors and a fair number of contemporaries from the 1980s. About one in seven had a walk out basement on the sloping ground.
Because it was built by many builders over thirty years, no two streets match, and the price range is wide: an original 1980s home and a fully renovated fairway home can be a few doors apart.
Amenities and the club in Pebble Creek
Club membership is separate from the neighborhood and adds the two courses, a pool, tennis courts, and a driving range; the homeowners association dues themselves are modest, about $150 to $320 a year in recent sales, and some sections have no mandatory association at all. Street lights and common areas are the shared features outside the club.
That split matters: you can live in Pebble Creek without joining the club, and many residents do.
Getting around from Pebble Creek
Paris Mountain State Park is at the neighborhood's back door, and Wade Hampton Boulevard's shopping and restaurants are a few minutes away. Downtown Greenville is about fifteen minutes by Wade Hampton or Poinsett Highway, and Taylors Mill, the converted textile mill with its breweries and event spaces, is close.
Homes sold here in the last three years were mostly assigned to Paris Elementary, Sevier Middle, and Wade Hampton High, with a section assigned to Taylors Elementary. Assignments are set by address, and we confirm zoning on any specific home.
What has sold in Pebble Creek lately
Between September 2023 and September 2026, 78 homes closed in Pebble Creek through the MLS. Setting aside the outliers at each end, they sold from about $292,000 to $560,000. Roughly 28 percent were single level homes and the rest two story. Many had four or more bedrooms.
