Eastgate is an established neighborhood off Old Spartanburg Road in Taylors, with homes dating mostly to the 1970s and some from the 1990s on quiet cul de sac streets such as Bellamy Court and Gaithburg Square. The homes that sold in the three years through September 2026 were built between 1978 and 2000 and ran roughly 1,550 to 1,900 square feet, two thirds single level ranches, on lots of an eighth to three tenths of an acre, with brick and vinyl exteriors and a Cape Cod or two among the traditionals.
These are modest, well kept homes at some of the more attainable prices in Taylors, and the mature trees and cul de sacs give the streets a quiet that newer, denser subdivisions do not have.

Getting around from Eastgate
Old Spartanburg Road leads to Wade Hampton Boulevard's shopping in a few minutes, and downtown Greer's Trade Street is a short drive. Downtown Greenville is about twenty minutes by Wade Hampton, and Pelham Road and I-85 roughly ten.
