Brushy Creek
Long-settled part of Taylors along Brushy Creek Road, named for the creek that runs through this side of town. Brushy Creek Baptist Church — founded in 1794 and one of the oldest churches in Greenville County — and Brushy Creek Elementary both sit on the road, with smaller neighborhoods like 1980s-built Brushy Creek Ridge tucked off of it. The shopping and dining along Wade Hampton Boulevard are a few minutes away.
