The homes in Redcroft
Redcroft is a Meritage Homes neighborhood just off Highway 14 in eastern Greer, built between roughly 2015 and 2022. Sales in the three years through September 2026 ran from about 1,900 to 6,100 square feet, a wide range because a third of them had finished walk out basements on the wooded, sloping homesites, some backing to a creek. Four in five are two story, the rest single level, on lots of a fifth to just over a quarter acre. Fiber cement siding with stone or brick accents is the standard exterior.
Meritage built these with its energy package, spray foam insulation and sealed attics, and the basement homes are the ones to know about: they add a full level of living space on lots that would be ordinary without the grade.
Amenities and the HOA in Redcroft
Residents share a pool with a cabana and a playground, with sidewalks and street lights throughout. The homeowners association is mandatory, with annual dues of about $495 to $575 over the same period.
The wooded homesites are the amenity as much as the pool; several streets back onto tree cover rather than another row of houses.
Getting around from Redcroft
Highway 14 leads to Pelham Road in a few minutes and to GSP airport in about ten, and I-85 is close, which puts downtown Greenville at about twenty minutes and the BMW plant at about fifteen. Downtown Greer is roughly ten minutes.
Homes sold here in the last three years were mostly assigned to Woodland Elementary and Riverside Middle and High, with a section on the county line assigned to Abner Creek, Florence Chapel, and James F. Byrnes in Spartanburg District Five. Assignments are set by address, and we confirm zoning on any specific home.
What has sold in Redcroft lately
Between September 2023 and September 2026, 35 homes closed in Redcroft through the MLS. Setting aside the outliers at each end, they sold from about $402,000 to $730,000. Roughly 20 percent were single level homes and the rest two story. Most had four or more bedrooms.
