Barrington Park is an established neighborhood of more than 120 custom built homes on Greer's Eastside, begun in the early 1990s. The sales from the three years through September 2026 were built between 1992 and 2000 and ran roughly 3,700 to 5,900 square feet, on lots from four tenths of an acre to a full acre. Every one was traditional in style, nearly all brick, with a few homes carrying stucco or wood siding, and a handful have basements on the sloping lots.
These are large homes on large lots by Eastside standards, and thirty years in, the mature landscaping has caught up with the scale of the houses. Renovated homes here trade at the top of the neighborhood's range.
Amenities and the HOA in Barrington Park
Residents share a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and tennis courts, with street lights and sidewalks on many streets. The homeowners association is mandatory, and annual dues ran a flat $800 over the same period.

Getting around from Barrington Park
The neighborhood sits close to Thornblade Club, whose Tom Fazio course hosted the BMW Charity Pro Am for years, and Pelham Road's offices, restaurants, and the Patewood medical campus are a few minutes away. I-85 is nearby, putting GSP airport at about ten minutes and downtown Greenville at about twenty. Downtown Greer is roughly ten minutes.
