Gower Estates

A neighborhood of 267 homes off Parkins Mill Road, developed from 1960 and named for coach and wagon manufacturer Ebenezer Gower, with mid-century brick houses on half-acre-and-larger lots, many extensively updated. The Gower Estates Pool has anchored the neighborhood since 1963, and adjacent Gower Estates Park adds lighted ballfields, tennis and pickleball courts, and a nine-hole disc golf course.
