The homes in Stonehurst Plantation
Stonehurst Plantation is a newer neighborhood of 118 single family homes on Thames Valley Drive, Wiltshire Circle, and Henley Court in Easley. Most of the houses went up between 2019 and 2021, and the ones that sold in the three years through September 2026 ran roughly 1,450 to 2,500 square feet, nearly all two story, with vinyl siding and stone accents and two car garages, on lots of a fifth to three tenths of an acre and no basements. Because the neighborhood is young, the homes carry current building codes, modern insulation, and open main floor layouts, and the major systems are early in their life.
With 118 homes, turnover is modest, and resales compete on lot, orientation, and upgrades rather than on age or condition.
Amenities and the HOA in Stonehurst Plantation
The community has its own homeowners association, incorporated in 2017, which maintains the entrance and common areas and enforces the covenants. There is no pool or clubhouse; the dues are correspondingly modest, about $180 to $360 a year in recent sales, and sidewalks run through the neighborhood.
For a buyer, the items to review are the covenants, the current dues, and, for a home still under builder warranty, what remains covered.

What has sold in Stonehurst Plantation lately
Between September 2023 and September 2026, 8 homes closed in Stonehurst Plantation through the MLS. Setting aside the outliers at each end, they sold from about $266,000 to $365,000. Nearly all were two story; single level homes came up only 1 time. Many had four or more bedrooms. Those are the sales we pull comparables from, so ask us for the current picture before relying on any range; a renovated home and an original one on the same street can sit far apart.
