Gated golf community in the Blue Ridge foothills, entered from Highway 11 near the US-25 corridor and reaching toward the North Carolina line north of Travelers Rest. Custom mountain homes — most built from the late 1990s through the 2010s — sit on large wooded homesites, with a golf course, clubhouse, wellness center, tennis and pickleball courts, pool, and hiking trails inside the gates. Travelers Rest is about 15 minutes south and downtown Greenville about 35.
